Turn it around, if it was the other way around, what would
you consider fair?
If you are on the "honor" system, I think 15% of Net
Collected Fees is a good base. If its a particularily hard
case or with large writeoffs, then reduce that, if its a
particularily easy case or with no writeoffs, increase it.
I don't think there is a hard and fast rule.
