It can definitely be done. I run my practice out of my home
and close at other places. Getting on approved lists is
usually not that difficult. However, just because you're
approved, that doesn't mean that they will send you business.
Lenders and real estate agents don't always adapt well to
change, so it is difficult to convince them to send deals your
way. If they are getting bad service from the attorneys that
they are working with, then you have a better chance of
getting some deals. I'm not sure what the customs in Alabama
are. Can you be a closing attorney and title agent on the
