    PG,

I don't know if you saw from our previous discussions, but I live in
Mississippi & could only help you with a Mississippi case. Aside
from that, I'm don't know if you were directing your comment to me
particularly or to the forum in general.

In the event that you were talking to me, unfortunately, I
personally cannot help you. I am sorry to hear, though, that you
were injured and that your claim process did not go the way you
intended for it to go. The reason I cannot help you is that it will
take me at least 1 month to get permission form the courts in
Mississippi to practice (if indeed you do live in Mississippi).

I would however, like to advise you that in Mississippi, statute
section 71-3-51 states that any appeal must be made within 30 days
of of the finding of the commission: " The final award of the
commission shall be conclusive and binding unless either party to
the controversy shall, within thirty (30) days from the date of its
filing in the office of the commission and notification to the
parties, appeal therefrom to the circuit court of the county in
which the injury occurred." Because of this law, you need to appeal
your case as soon as possible (or find out if there is a way around
this law). I assume that since you need an attorney that the
commission has denied your claim. If you are not in Mississippi, I
am sure that your state probably has a similar law. Time is of the
essence, so I would find an attorney as soon as possible. You can
thank the insurance industry and their powerful lobbists for such
    laws as this.

Best of luck with your claim.
