Hello,
I created a LLC with my associate in May 2006.
I am the computer programmer and he is the business man.
Anyway, we are not talking to each other since December
2007 and I just found out today he did not file the taxes
for 2006.
He never wanted to show me the books and he told me he
will take care of it and I should not worry about
anything. He told me he will take the lost since he is
investing the money (money coming from his other own
company).
I found out today he did not file the taxes and put the
money he spent on his own company to get the deduction in
2006.
What shall I do for 2006, please ?
What about 2007 ?
Feel free to ask me if I was not clear.
