Post: Tax Lien

Hi, i would like to ask on about tax lien, i have been
paying to the irs for cover up of what i had delayed in
paying, but i still owe the irs, but i am seriously paying
them. i am planning to open up a store, to increase my
income, so i could pay the irs more, and be over with it,
will it be legal to open a store even if i still owe the
irs? Please help. Thank you.
