    My$0.02: Sure. If you're operating a store & making a profit,
    the IRS will be happy to get more $$ out of you. I know of no
    law that prevents you from operating your own business just
    because you owe the tax man $$$. In fact, I know of one man
    that owes the IRS $30,000 and he opened up his own business.
