    Anthony,

    First thing you should do is go back to whoever prepared
    your returns. Some of these places stand by their work, and
    might have a quick easy solution.

    If you can't get any help there, you need to find an
    attorney or accountant who handles IRS disputes. However,
    keep in mind that if your total tax debt is only $3000, it
    could cost more than that to get someone involved.
