WELL I JUST READ THIS POSTING AND AM AMAZED!!!!!! I WENT ONLINE GOOGLING WHAT HAS JUST HAPPENED TO MY HUSBAND THIS MORNING AND CAME UPON YOUR WEBSITE WHEN I GOOGLED SUNBEAM HEATING PADS CATCHING ON FIRE..THIS MORNING MY HUSBAND AND I WERE WATCHING TV AND THE DAMNED HEATING PAD SHOT OUT SPARKS AND A FLAME, BURNED HIS HAND PRETTY BADLY, HE HAS LOSS OF FEELING IN HIS HAND, AND CHEST PAINS, I CANT BELIEVE THE PIECE OF GARBAGE THIS THING IS, LIKE IT IS NOT ENOUGH HE HAS BACK PROBLEMS, NOW WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH WHATEVER PROBLEMS THIS PRODUCT OF SUNBEAMS MAY HAVE CAUSED HIM..WE WILL NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRR PURCHASE ANOTHER PRODUCT OF THEIRS AGAIN, IM TOSSING OUT ANYHTING IN MY HOUSE WITH THEIR NAME ON IT..I TRIED CALLING THER HOT LINE, OF COURSE NOBODY THERE ON WEEKENDS, I EMAILED THEM, NOW NEXT STEP IS A TRIP TO THE E.R...BOY AM I PISSED!!!!!!!!!
