Indeed... I have an attorney and he doesn't offer much hope or
reassurance. I suppose it would be nice to find out if such
litigation is so terribly uncommon no one would dare take it,
or if so sticky with family issues that courts won't hear the
cases? My attorney tends to want to focus on the very near
term future rather than the bigger picture it seems.
