    That is a terrifying notion. After telephone conversations with
    many in my county (Santa Clara), I was able to ascertain on short
    order that roughly 98% of them were unwilling to take a case in
    Placer County--where this petition originated. {Home turf issue}

    Now that it's actually begun, my attorney said recently that it's
    the most contensious case my he has ever had (many years in family
    and civil law). I was hoping it was a "style" issue, rather than
    any sort of incompetence, in terms of his not providing much
    reassurance. Eeek.
