I live in jefferson County Mo and I was told there was no
laws agains barking dogs. I have a neighbor that her dogs,
locked in a kennel BARK all day and night. They are so loug
that they drive me and my family inside to get away from the
noise. Anytime we go outside they hear us and start barking.
My other neighbors have the same problem. She is gone all
day long and at night she dosent stop them from barking.
They wake my family and I up almost every night now that the
weather is nice and we want to open up the windows. I feel I
am a captive in my own home from there loud barking.. Help
Can I sue her for denieing me the right to use my property,
the noise, waking me up at 3 am. Also what burns me is the
fact that I own 30 acres and she bought a small 1/4 acre lot
to put these dog on, It's not a bording kennel but she
breades these hugh coon dogs.
