Wow, where is this? Here its $150 to $300 depending on "brand

No, it only seems like tenants have more rights. The fact is the
Landlord has the advantage at all times. Because of that, some
sympathetic Judges look for technicalities to help the tenants.
But if your paperwork is in order getting an unwanted tenant out
is fairly easy.

45-days from start to finish if you do everything perfectly.

Again, its only daunting to the Landlord who has never gone
through it, and doesn't want to pay an attorney. Once you've
seen it done and got around it you just adapt.

The one lesson that everyone who Landlords learns is that they
have to be totally business-like to do it longterm. If you slide
on collecting the rent, or late payments, or in doing credit
checks, or in getting your First/Last/Security, etc. in the end
you pay for it, and no one cares about your financial problems.
