I was involved in a MVA back in 2002, for which I was rear
ended. I've had knee surgery,PT,and I sustained neck
injury due to this accident.
A law suit was filed in the state of NJ by my attorney.
Does anyone know after the discovery date has passed, how
much longer from that date should my case go to trial? And
look forward to a settlement that my attorney has
indicated that I will receive?
