Sorry, about the missing infomation.
All depostions, medical exams,physical therapy and
medical reports have been completed. This in regards to a
MVA in NJ that occurred 3 years ago. The discovery end
date is due to expire in mid June of 2005. I was wondering
what happens next in the process in the pending
litigation. And if anyone can, how long should it normally
take to go to trial?
