Who are you sending your demand letter to? Do you know what
a demand letter is for and what if does? And who says you
have cause, to even demand recovery? You? What are the
elements for your demand letter? How do you know about a
demand letter? I find it every interesting that you know
about a demand letter.
Have you sued before?
You are talking about writing a demand letter before even
knowing if you have a case.
