My husband is being sued for a hit and run he did not
commit. This incident allegedly occured on July 4, 2003.
They ins. company filed the paper on July 15, 2005. They
are claiming it was an intentional act. Hasn't the statute
of limitations run out on an intentional tort by now? (in
Wisconsin)
