I', 36yrs old was in a car wreck on 4/30/05, two (2)of my
children ages 5 & 8 had head contussions, my 10 had a head
wound and had to have staples, my neck and back were
hurt,, went to chrioprater for 2 months made it worse, so
stop, my attorney sent out demand letter, without me
seeing it, he ask for 53,000.oo on me, 20,000.oo my 10yr
old, and 15,000.oo each on the other two. they sent us an
offer of 4,500.oo each on my two, and 5,000.oo on 10yr
old, and 15,000.oo on me my medical is 12,0000.oo and kids
3,000.oo and 4,500.oo, plus he didnt add a 7,0000.oo
medical on me but he sent and offer of 10,000.oo on my
oldest and 8,000.oo on the other two, and 20,000.00 on
me. i told him that i was go back to ortho dr. who i had
seen in june, he said my lawyer if i wanted i could, but
that it would be another medical bill, but i went and he
wouldnt let them xray my low back and neck but said could
do mri, he if i get say the 20,000.oo i cleared about
6,000.00 if it and the ortho thinks disk hernations, so is
he working for me to his best ability, or what? PLEASE
