In Feb, my boss rode with me, and he screamed and yelled
at me for getting lost. I reported this to HR
department...they did nothing. I reported it to an
attorney, and they, of course, wanted $5,000 for the case
to initially start it (I have no money like this). I put
up with this abuse becaue I needed the job, now, I was
laid off and never see this manager anymore. However,
still working (got picked back up again by same co), now,
I am facing another terrible manager who is not abusing me
physically, but verbally harassing me. What recourse? Free
lawyers, statute of limitations? Some one help me.
