Great advice!!! Spend a couple hundred bucks for the court
filing fee. Another 50 or so to serve the subpoena. A few more
hundred to the ISP to search its records. Then either (1) sit
back and watch "John Doe" ignore you, (2) get laughed out of
court because you can't prove your case and can't prove any
measurable damages, or (3) if "John Doe" does respond and gets
an attorney, get buried under depositions and discovery that you
have no idea how to respond to.

BTW Mike, I'll match credentials with you any day. And who are
the "most of us on the site"? Got any names and numbers to go
with that assertion?
