Yep I agree with No Plea Mike, regarding Curmudgeon, all he does
is harrass, intimidate and offend people that comes for counsel
on this chat room, his advice is totally out of control, and
nothing to do with the Law, don't listen to him

To add a bit more about the advice Mike is giving you, after you
send a subpoena to the Internet
Service Provider (in this case, it's probably AOL), they have to
suspend their internet provision who ever that may be and you
have very good chances of winning this Law suit if what you are
telling us is true and the fact that is several people doing
this to you, also any threats of bodily harm are a big NO NO on
the internet
