Actually, you probably "subrogated" your claim against Sunbeam
when you accepted your insurance settlement. What that means is
you no longer "own" the right to sue Sunbeam; your insurance
company now owns the right. Talk to a local lawyer to see if
you signed a subrogation agreement.
