Hi, I was falsely accused by my husbands Ex of stalking. I
was served by a sherriff at my home with a TPO, and court
date. I give you "WORD" I HAVE NEVER STALKED THIS WOMEN or
caused any harm to her intentionally... I retained an
attorney at $500.00 as well as loss of 2 days work at
$288.00. I have suffered mental distress as well because I
can't beleive that she would lie on ME due to
jealousy... "The charges were dismissed by the courts as
she voluntarily dismissed the charges. I would like to know
if I can seek reimbursement in Georgia's Small Claims
court? Do I have a Small claims case and a chance of
winning?
