Post: Landlord and Relator taking pics without tenant premission

I rent a place. The landlord but it up for sale. The
realtor came in with the landlord while we were not home,
24 hour notice was given, and took picture of our personal
things and dogs to show the layout of the house. The also
described one of the rooms as having nice decor. The lasat
time I checked the decor is our decorations! We feel this
is invasion of privacy and illegal use of photos of our
dogs! What action or possible actions do we have and
against who? Thanks!
