I obatined a loan in my name for my stepson's engagment
ring purchase. He said he was going to pay, but as you
can tell he stopped payingt. Creditors are after me to
pay. His girlfriend, line-in has the ring. He will not
answer any of my calls. I'll take him to court if it is
possible. The amount of the loan is over $6500. He has
ruined my credit. What can I do. Fact: he is a state
sorker, can his wages be garnished?
