Post: Elements of Civil Harassment in New York Supreme Court

I am facing a SLAPP suit from my landlord for efforts to
block his ability to complete what our tenant's
association and many others consider to be illegal work in
our tenement. His lawyers are clever and have charged me
with harassment of their construction workers,
trespass/conversion when I went on the roof to stop
workers from working after hours and running a hose that
was leaking into my apt. and tortious interference
claiming that this caused them monetary losses. I need
the legal elements of these three complaints. Are they
available online somewhere?
