backing" from your state. Florida is an At-will employment state
which means they can let you go, or you can leave, at any time
for any or no reason at all.

Your post states absolutely nothing that can be constrewed as
discriminatory (race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) so
their "reason" for termination is valid and legal.
