Re: Wrongful Termination

Thank you for clearing that up. Me and Mikey ain't finished yet. I would be ery carefull how & what i write because, if the employer has the means, and knows people in te right places, your flanks may be exposed. The smart thing to do is wait till after the elections. Then you have to have substaintiating proof that you can back up with any defameing remarks you write in the future. There dosen't seem like much he can do if he wins and you & friends sling mud in his face. Now he has to be held to a higher standard. And also to his peers & constituants. He would have to unsubstantiate yours and your friends/coworkers remarks. It's a bit different after he wins, not before. He has no sworn duty before the swearing in part. Are you catching my meaning? On 8/16/06, Angela wrote: > I guess I should have made myself a little clearer. The two questions > were separate from each other.
