One of the defences to Slander or Libel is the truth. Only
when you Knowly or should have known a fact you publish to
another false statems and make out they are true will there
be cause to sue. Your ex may have felt you are indeed
unstable to see the kids in his opinion and could probably
cite many inconidents where you have not been on your best
    behavor. Opinion is not slander.

The social worker although not doing a good job is still
intitled to his opinion if actions he has witnessed and are
told to him by creditable witnesses can still form
an "opinion" you are unstable and write this down. Libel

The "opinion" of the forensic psychiatrist may not be worth
a hill of bean either. It is only opinion.

No words were communicated that where knownly false but
rather Opinion which is not against the law.
