"Mr. Francis," you have me mistaken for someone else. I have
posted about Toyota owner issues online and I have networked
with hundreds of Toyota owners.
You may misunderstand the purpose of my posting on this site.
I want objective legal information on internet defamation.
Your personal attack is inappropriate on this site. It would
be helpful if you could provide some useful resources for the
information requested.
Toyota owners online would like to have more resources
especially as they tackle major engine problems and more. This
is what I am hearing from those who seek out my information.
Apparently, even information about the "Customer Support
Program for Engine Oil Gelation" (April 2002) is hard to come
by as some Toyota dealerships aren't forthcoming about it.
Don't you think it is wrong for Toyota dealerships to withhold
such information when Toyota owners present with engine oil
sludge??
