Post: Do any law schools have a program where student's review cas

I am wondering if any law schools have any programs where student's review cases? This has to do with a temporary guardianship with my children. The people that helped out by taking care of our children now will not give them back. There are numerous lies in the court that they were allowed to get by with. A bunch of false allegations, which are unfounded. I can e-mail anyone more information about this if you would like. We have been told to file a federal tort claim against these people, I also am going to list numerous others on this as well. We had an attorney for the appeal's process. We submitted a brief, then they did. I wanted to submit a reply brief. Our attorney did not return any of our calls or e-mails. I finally wrote out a long e-mail to him, with what I wanted in a reply brief. He never submitted one, and when I finally spoke to a secretary in his office, all I was told was "we did not legally have to submit a reply brief". Ugh.
