As far as I know, there are no laws specific to any states
regarding extradition. It really depends on the severity of
the crime, and if the D.A. decides to spend the money to
extradite. As far as extraditing only because of probation
violation, it would be rare unless it is a neighboring state
and they have a strong recip.
