Re: Toxic mold case

I have no idea what state you are located in. You will of
course need to hire a firm licensed to practice in your state.
If all else fails, call your local bar association and ask for a
referral.
Toxic mold is a specialized tort that requires complex
litigation and a substantial investment of time and expert
research. There are any number of firms with experience in
handling such cases. You probably want to hire a local firm if
possible. Sounds like you have an actionable case with a
defendant capable of paying a judgment. Qualified firms should
be seeking you out. There was a hotel in the city I live in
that had a toxic mold issue in a brand new 1500 room tower. The
settlement was mega-millions.
As for advice; you seem to have a good case, the world of toxic
mold attorneys will beat a path to your door. Pick a good one.
