Post: Evil UnclePosted by susan kilian on 12/18/07
In March of 2007 my boyfriend of 13 yrs hit his head on
the corner of a countertop that caused him to have brain
surgery which has left him permadently disabled. after 2
months being in the hosptial I brought him home. I applied
for assistance for food, bills etc. he needed 24 hour care
so i could not go back to work. we had very little food in
the house and his family new this but offered no help. our
friends were working on getting together some money to
help us. my boyfriend's uncle calls DCF on me saying I was
not feeding him nor taking him to his therepy and doctors
visits. DCF found this to be untrue so they closed the
case. we move due to his dad lived in the same condo
units and his uncle was always there so we moved. we
stayed in the same town. he uncle is now telling people
that I was the one that hit him in the head and caused his
injury and the only reason I am taking care of him is out
of guilt. he is telling our friends and whomever else.
can I sue him for defermation of charecter and mental
stress?
