Post: mental tourcturing by employer

I'm an employee imigrated with greencard to USA
from abroad by signing contract of 3 year with my
employer(is an agency bringing people from abroad),,,
he did'nt give job in the state i was
promised ,, and now I'm experiencing lot of
trouble because of no support from the employer
for anything.. and i'm pretty new in this country,,no
one here to help me ,,and they treating me as a
slave,,,, pls give me an answer ,,,how can i get
release from this ,contract?.. If i quit from them
without notifying are they able to file case agains
me?
