Post: illegal cremation and criminal fraud

Currently in a Probate situation; where I'm the only legal
relative to resolve father's estate, but father's half-
sister robbed house, and committed fraud and criminal
activity to acquire father's funds and personal property,
with assistance from the funeral home and OKC police dept.
I have circumstantial evidence that implicates the
negligence, and imcompentence of these so-called
professionals, performing their job duties incorrectly &
ineffectively. Also there were 3 death certificates from
the funeral home distributed with Father's incorrect name,
& not certified with the state to acquire my father's
belongings. If any attorney or legal professional have any
advice or suggestions, any would be greatly offered.
