Post: physical abuse

Recently a Sr. Asst Vice Pres was relocated to our office
as a result of sexual harrassment with an employee. Now in
the past week he has become physically abusive. He was
engaged in a verbal exchange with an employee and became
angry and frustrated. He slapped the employee in the back
of the head and told them to get back to work. What can be
done to have him removed from our office? What can be done
to get rid of this tirant?
