    Anyone can start a law suit. Different states have different
    laws regarding how much responsability parents have in the
    wrong doing of their children. Starting a case, and winning a
    case, is two different things. If the story is true, it should
    make for an interesting case. This one should have passed
    muster with dear abby first.
