Hi,

Recentley we were trying to purchase a property, but the
deal fell through and i wanted some to advice regars to a
lawsuit.. our real estate broker did not tell us nor our
attoreny that the house is short sell, we had closing date
set and it did not close on that date, due to the fact
that the seller had not got approved to sell short sell
proeperty from the bank..

anyone please advice what and where and whom can i get an
answeres from/ my attorney / and is he at fault? not
finding out that the house is short sell and gave us the
date to close..?
