Post: workmen's comp and child support

My former spouse was court ordered to pay child support for
our two children. In 2004, he was injured at work and went
on workmen's compensation. During this time he still owed a
large sum of child support arrearages and this was taken out
of his workmen's compensation check. 2008 is when he finally
paid it off.
At the begining of this year, he received his settlement
against the company for his injury at work.
He also applied for SSDI (in 2004) and in March he received
his award letter and back pay (from SSDI).
I was instructed by the Friend of the Court and my former
spouse to file on behalf of our children for part of his
SSDI benefits. I did this and I'm still waiting for the
approval letter from SSDI.
My question is this: Will I have to pay him back for the
child support I received since 2004?
(My former spouse is insisting that I owe him money because
he was paying arrearages/c.s. since 2004)
