Re: back injury
Posted by injured spouse in CA on 6/05/09

definetely hire an attorney. My husband injured his back at
the age of 25 as well. He had a ruptured disc L5/S1 had
surgery and is doing much better...took approx. 3 years, we
lost everything but he is healthy.

you may get a settlement but be advised that it is a long and
    irritating/painful process.

your employers attorney may bring up that you had a
prexisting condition. once again...get an attorney and ask
what can be done. do your research though prior to hiring
one. ask for references, look them up in your states bar
    assoc. etc...

    get well soon
