just be patient thats all you can do. ive been dealing with work
comp for almost a year with a herniated disc at l5 s1. been
through the whole deal, ive had 2 steroid shots in my back and
finally had to have surgery, first one was a microdiscectomy and
then had to do a fusion. just hang in there and get healthy best
of luck on everything
