Post: Wrongfull doing

Posted by Brent Burckhard on 10/17/09

I was in a severe roll over accident on I90 in a work
vehicle. As a result of my employers neglegence I now have
4 broken bones in my back, a slight head injury, and
damage to my shoulder. I had complained to my boss for
about a year about the condition of the vehicle, and his
idea of fixing the tires was getting some out of a field (
2 different sized tires ) and having me place them onto
the truck. In Aug. 2008 the tred came off of the tire and
caused the axel to break which caused the truck to roll
over on the highway into oncoming traffic, and I could
have been killed. I am being told that I cannot do
anything to the employer even though it is completly his
fault that this happened to me. Now work comp is trying
very hard to get me out from under them. What should I do?
My lawyer I dont think is doing what should be done.
Please let me know what futher action can be taken. Thank
you for your time. Brent Burckhard
