I had a bad fall dec 26, 2008 have been seeing DR's over a
year PT as well as injections no help this is a work comp
claim im running out of time diag was muscle spasms,
headaches,lumbar sprain,extreem right rib and thoratic
muscular pain, right shoulder blade pain, right arm
numbness with radiation in hand, right cervical
pain,leftsided protrussion c5-6 with cord compression,
bone scan diag was degenerative-type of t9-t10 interspace
wich corresponds to large endplate osteophtes???? Almost
all pain has manifests itself on right side.In the
begining 1st PT evaluation mostly complain leftside pain
only,in Physical therapy notes,and thruout DR and PT
notes,pain manifests diff weekly.1st Dr released me while
I was still in therapy lost benifits schelued app refered
to 2nd DR "benifits reinstated" who performed spine
injection, had to stop during proceedure body jerked felt
numb waist up,numb in left extreemites,felt Bad shocking
shooting pain in elbow numbness recently returned both R &
L intermitly was sent to 3rd oppinion "State Dr"who
ordered the bone scan His OPP IS 8 out 9 of theese are
due to my accident but says since the pain is mostly on
the right "no nuorological symptoms" the herniated diskc5-
6 with cord compression was an "incidental finding" I am
37 no history of neck or back pain whatsoever no previous
accidents I have done my homework on this case I have a
copy of all Dr's notes including MRI"S Film,CD, and
injection notes, have no legal rep at this time.Any advice
or refrences would be greatly appreciated! Thank You, J.
