i received a check from workers comp and the first time it
was paid back now i am waiting on a settlement from workers
comp my lawyer said that workers comp said they already
gave me a check for a certain amount and im like we paid
that back so now he's saying we have to deduct the previous
payment from the settlement which we paid back he said we
deduct that so we don't have to worry about paying a second
time i don't understand why do we have to deduct something
that was already paid back

do i have to pay back workers comp, 4/13/10, by Gee.
