Hurt Leg at work, Light duty 3 Months,Then they Fired me.
(they found Cause) 12 Months 0 $. Then they Paid for Full
Knee replacement,3 weeks In home PT,18+ PT appts.Getting
Workers Comp 66% of pay.Still going to PT. Will I be able to
get the 1st 12 Months back workers Comp ? Used all of my
Savings.
They will not re-train me.(Got fired) But there should be a
Settlement ?
Any Good feedback ?
