So I was working a temporary job at a state fair and got my
index finger nearly severed at the first knuckle and wanted
to know how much to settle for compensation wise. I have
loss of sensation, the tendon is cut and lots of nerve
damage as well as my finger only bending at the midway
point now. It is not my dominant hand and I live in oregon.
