Hi, I have a question, I've been on workers comp since
October of 2014 with a umbilical hernia. Liberty mutual has
stopped my checks, changed my case worker and changed my dr
all with out notice more then once. Most recently they
changed my dr without ever calling me, granted she emailed
me twice, but if I'm not responding and missing
appointments one would think I'd receive a phone call
before my checks are stopped?? So I'd think, maybe I'm
wrong. Now I have todrive more then an hour instead of ten
minutes down the road? Are they allowed to do this? They
also stopped my checks from two weeks before Christmas
until the end of January with no explanation??
