I just came home from a second back surgery. The first
was 3/23/04 and was unsuccessful. (a fusion) I had the 2nd
(it had to all be redone as the fusion had not healed
properly) on 5/24/05 and obviously am still in lots of
pain and wont know for awhile if it is successful. My
question is this....WHAT kind of dollar settlement can I
expect here? I have NO idea what it might even be close
to, etc......I had the original injury in 1/02 and finally
hired a work comp lawyer to represent me. He is the
reason I finally got anything done at all....altho it did
take 2 years. He is so busy and rarely returns my calls
tho unless it is something immediate. I just would like a
ball park idea of what I can expect? Please help/advise?!
