Workers comp. adjusters are as# holes.

This is for the people who are new to the system. I'm an
injuered worker who has been off work for almost 2 years
because of my injuries. Workers comp. cut off my weekly
checks. They did this because they don't want to offer me
vocational rehab because of the money I made at my job.
They can't retrain me for a job that makes the same money.
They will then have to pay a wage diff. for the rest of my
life. I have a court date in front of an arbitrator in 7
days. At that time they will set a trial date. When we go
to trial I will win. My surgeons report states that I
can't go back to work. I had an evaluation with a workers
comp. surgeon and his report says the same thing. My
attorney is going to push for a violation against workers
comp. for stopping my weekly checks.

For you people who are new to the system I want to give you
a heads up with what these adjusters do.

First thing that you should do is get an attorney. The
next thing you should do is if your injurie is serious and
you will be off work for a long time file bankruptcy now.
Try to save your home. Save as much money from your ttd
checks because the adjuster will cut you off when you get
close to settelment negotiations.

The thing that you need to realize is the adjusters are
dirty sob's. These people are true scum. They purposley
cut off money from a disablied person when they know this
person cant go back to work. They do this because they
know it takes a while to get in front of an arbitrator.

This what scum adjusters do.
1. cut off your ttd to try and starve you into a low
settelment.
2. They purposly send your checks late.
3. They obtain your credit report to see if your
financially hurting.
4. They will send PI to try and catch you doing something
that they will try and use against you during negotiations.
5. These adjusters a scum bag people. who would even apply
for a job that tries to screw disabled people.
6. At christmas time make sure you have money saved because
they may accidently forget to send your check right before
christmas.
7. I hope you adjusters that read this realize that your a
piece of shi#.
Good luck to all of you newly injured people. Get an
attorney as soon as possible.
