Well I said that I would let you all know what happen
today in my hearing.
WHAT A JOKE!!!
California is a joke run by a joker.
I have been on w/c for 4 years now with buldging disc c2
through c7 in my neck, lower back fusion due to what they
call a birth defect. I have also had carpel tunnel
surgery. That was all they could do for me or all w/c
would do for me. I was denied for so much treatment
(traction for my neck)plus much more. I also have Poland
Syndrome. Which is a birth defect that does not let your
pectoralis muscle to grow and deformities in the hand. I
am missing a thumb.
So anyway now that you are caught up here is what happened
at my hearing today...

There Doctor gave me a 75% apportionment and mine gave me
30% and they are putting it all towards Poland Syndrome.
So I got a big settlement of 20 thou. 12 of that goes to
what they have already paid me and then 15% to the
attorney. So I don't get much at all. So guess what, I am
going to trial. I thought it was a total insult.
So now I have to go out and find a Dr. that will let them
know that one has nothing to do with the other. The
adjusters do not even know what poland syndrome is.
Any way I will write more later. I am sofa king upset
right now I think I will have a couple of drinks . What
the hell right. They can't take that away from me. Have a
